1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Reward" is defined as: one (1) weekday blowout service or makeup application at Blo Blow Dry Bar. 

2. Must be an Encore Reward Program member in good standing. 

3. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. 

4. Must be a legal resident of continental United States. 

5. In order to redeem the Reward, Customer must: 

a) Select and claim the Reward at Encore Marketplace 
b) Receive an email with Reward Code from Encore 
c) Activate the Reward Code and fill out the Application Form at Promotional Microsite d)Follow the steps to book an appointment at the preferred Blo location 

6. The Promotion begins on August 24, 2026 and ends August 24, 2027, while supplies last. 

7. Customer must redeem their Reward no later than 11:59 PM ET August 24, 2027. 

8. Additional costs for products and services outside of the Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. 

9. Reward valid on weekdays only, excluding public holidays. 

10. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last. 

11. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases. 

12. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Reward in any of these events. 

13. Any suspected or actual abuse of the Policy may result in immediate deactivation of the Reward Code without warning and possible cancellation of any redeemed products and services. 

14. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Reward will be provided. 

15. Reward is void where prohibited. 

16. Reward is non-transferrable. 

17. Reward has its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this promotion that are required to utilize this Reward and are required for and binding upon Reward redemption. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions. 

18. Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop. 

19. Reward Codes cannot be stacked. The Reward Code provided must be used in one transaction. 

20. The use of the blomedry.com website and the content is used at the Customer's own risk. 

21. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

22. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by TLC Worldwide (the “Promoter”), Blo Blow Dry Bar, and Gap, Inc. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance. 

23. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Gap, Inc., Blo Blow Dry Bar and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors. 

24. The Released Parties will not be liable for any personal loss, injury, or any disagreements concerning quality of services or products from blomedry.com and will not accept any liability for personal loss or injury. Any dispute must be settled directly with blomedry.com. 

25. Each Blo location, venue, etc. may have its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward, which will be binding upon choice of event. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions. 

26. Reward are not transferable for sale or resale and is not redeemable for cash or credit. 

27. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment at Blo without prior cancellation or rescheduling may result in the Reward being deemed redeemed and forfeited. The Reward will not be reissued or available for future use. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to Blo’s availability and applicable policies. 

28. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value. 

29. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance. 

30. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
